Strengths:    Strength! Super strong, super stiff, light like an XC bar. Width is great too; you can really crank on these out of the saddle

Weaknesses:    Nope.

Bottom Line:
I really love this bar. XC-like weight, but incredible strength and stiffness. Not the kind of bar that'll absorb a lot of vibration or flex to reduce fatigue; this thing is made to be stiff, and it is. But this is also really confidence inspiring in drops and rough downhills; with the width and stiffness, you really feel braced and able to point your bike where you want it. Love it.

I want to get something that will take a bit of the beating out of my wrists/hands. I know that people are going to post about looking into different grips, changing ba ... Read More »

Easton Carbon: Havoc vs. Haven

Is there any difference other than length (which obviously has some effect on weight) and graphics? I don't exactly know which length I want my bars, and if I go with the Havoc I can start out long and trim down, but the Haven's are limited to 711. Price is the same . . . .Read More »
