Duration Product Used:3 months
Price Paid: $60.00
Strengths:Awesome looks, nothing else on the market comes close. Great feel for the road - not too rigid, not too soft, while being extremely sturdy. Decent weight (250ish grams) for a riser, not stupidly light, but I wouldn't trust a sub-200gm riser anyway.
Weaknesses:Price? But it's good value, so I guess it's worth it; besides, I got it cheap. Unfortunately it's out of production, or at least no longer imported to my part of the world.
Similar Products Used:A bunch, but nothing as nice.
Bike Setup:Merlin E-Stay Ti Suspension '93, full XTR.
Bottom Line:I don't know if it's still available where you are, but if it is, you want this handlebar. A true head-turner, with colour and finishing far superior to any other bar you'll find out there (they're all black these days - bleah), and happily with performance to match, in the true Easton tradition.

Goes perfectly with my all-titanium bike - I couldn't find a comparable titanium riser bar, certainly not in the price range. Works and looks so good I got a 2nd set off eBay, just in case!

Duration Product Used:1 Year
Strengths:light, looks nice
Weaknesses:cuz its so lightweight the bar is broken now. and i don´t ride my bike hard... too expensive
Similar Products Used:noname alloy riser, flat bars
Bike Setup:scott xc hardtail, dirtjumper2, hussefelt, xt (crap)
Bottom Line:this bar is for xc riding only. if you want to ride more extreme don´t buy it. i don´t trust in lightweigt things any more... a handlebar must be stronger.
weight is not really important.

Favorite Trail:Turnbull
Duration Product Used:6 months
Price Paid: $75.00
Purchased At:Colorado Cyclist
Strengths:Stiff & strong. Great feel and Vibration dampening. The bend is very comfortable.
Weaknesses:None
Bike Setup:Turner XCE
Bottom Line:The Scandium bars are strong and stiff yet they absorb vibration very well. The bars feel right in all conditions and are very comfortable on long rides. I recommend these bars for strong, large 200+ pound riders. Therew are lighter bars but at 250gr I can't find a stronger bar.
