Strengths: very light, reduces trail shock a lot, cheap. Would be good for XC or very light DH.
Weaknesses: very weak, mine have a bend in them. They flex so much it is scary at times.
Bottom Line:
go for them if you do cross country or light DH but otherwise avoid. A bit too flexy for trials and bends a lot on big drops even though I dont weigh very much (55kg). not confidence inspiring
