Strengths: At almost 6 seasons of useage and a little over 9,000kms it's not let me down.Weaknesses: None.Bottom Line: This review is for a stock *Bontrager Race Modified 620 handlebar* that came on my 2001 Trek Fuel 90 Disk on July 02,2001. It's sofar the best handlebar I've used to date.
Bottom Line: Plenty of space for Yeti softgrips, Hayes HFX 9 XC brake levers, Shimano Deore LX shifter pods, BLT Metrino 15 night light mounts, Planet Bike Protege 9.0 cyclocomputer and a Delta Air-Zound II horn!

Similar Products Used: Cheap steel bar that came stock on a $200/1994 Raleigh Matterhorn, a wooden broom handle (yes, an actual wooden broom handle that lasted for 80% of a regular ride & then I called for back-up to take me home). Stock aluminum GT bar on my $800/1996 GT Ricochet & then replaced with a Pazzaz DH riser bar with brace.

Strengths: Light.Weaknesses: Light, weak, expensiveBottom Line: This bar will probably not break right away but you should be careful using lightweight products like this. After 2 years of abuse on my xc-bike there were a clear mark from the stem. This don't happen with properly dimensiend bars (like a cheap ritchey flat-bar).

Strengths: Not a featherweight but no pig. Very strong bars, I'm a clydesdale. Bontrager knows his stuff!Weaknesses: No thank you.Bottom Line: Great set of bars, they feel good and have no flex issues. They are pretty cheap to replace if you crash them. Although I have crashed them pretty hard and they are still as good as new. Solid performer for the money. For you weight geaks try one of this h-bar's lighter brothers.

Strengths: strong, lightWeaknesses: noneBottom Line: Its an handle bar, and it does a good job. What else is there to say? Wide for leverage. Better for us big guys who need a 600 mm bar. Good value.
