Use Velox rim tape under Stan's tape in Flow EX rims?

I just got a Hope Hoops wheelset with Flow EX rims. The wheels came with two rolls of 13mm Velox cloth rim tape. Should I install the Velox tape and then put yellow Stan's tape over that? Or just use the yellow Stan's tape?Read More »
