The Lizard Skins Peaty grips are racer Steve Peat inspired signature grip, the white grips come with anodized red and blue rings and the graphite grips come with anodized red rings.
Great looking grips that Won't move an inch, I do a lot of All-Mountain trails & sometimes a little bit of downhill, No Complaints once or ever.
The grips are "sticky" & a bit thicker than my old Race Face Lock Ons (I got big hands so it is more comfortable for me).
Someone wrote about the clamps getting bashed up - well, it happened to me to - I just got new ODI claps & It's All Good.
Get The Grips - It's A Good Choice.

Bottom Line:
you get what you pay for, yes they might cost more, but I believe they are worth it. these grips fit nicely in my hand and gives you better control from the solid feeling, from the way they clamp (no twisting) really connects you with your bars. The rubber compund is super tacky, so if you are looking to upgrade your grips, go for it I don't think you will be dissapointed.

Strengths:
-Soft and grippy but not squishy.
-Looks to kill.
-Rock solid.
-Great quality, fit, and finish.
-Very comfortable while still very grippy in all conditions tread/pattern.
-Not heavy at all, there may be some grips out there somewhere that are near weightless but these are not that much heavyier than stock basic grips.
Weaknesses:
None really.....I got the white grips, with the red and blue clamps knowing that they would get dirty show it more than the grey alternatives and black stocks, but it is a mountain bike..what do you expect.
Similar Products Used:
Just stock grips
Bike Setup:
08 rockhopper comp disc hardtail, spinergy xyclone wheels, panaracer xc fire pro tires, peatey lock grips....many more to come.
Bottom Line:
Like I mentioned before, they are white, and a soft rubber or whatever they are made of material. If you loose sleep over little specs of dirt you may have missed while hosing our bike down after a ride then just go with the Grey with red clamps. I can't get passed that people docked these grips several chilis simply because "O they are white and get dirty". Don't get me wrong though, I ride and push my gear fairly hard but do not abuse it. I like to keep my things looking good and close to new but things like grips( and white ones especially), tires, and maybe the drivetrain will get dirty and show wear easily.
if you are OCD about things being spotless, simply get the grey w/ red. These grips are better than I could have hoped for. They come in a pack with everything you need, grips(already mounted on the tubes), 4 screws, 2 end caps, and the 4 lock rings. Worth every penny, no point in doing any more upgrades to your bike if you can't control it due to grips slipping and sliding as well as your hands sliding off the grips, but then again that is a generic thing relating to all lock-on grips. These are a brand new grip so the price reflects that a little and ay not be the cheapest, but you deffinately get what you pay for.

Strengths:
very good grip, stilish
Weaknesses:
a little heavy. don't hope you'll keep them white !
Bottom Line:
These review is for the white red blue version, which is very stilish/patriotic (for english, americans, french...). Maybe a little heavy compared to others, but the grip is very good and they old perfectly in place. On the other hand, if you buy the white version, you'd better wash your hands, wear medical gloves and never fall, cause otherwise they will turn grey on the first ride, and it's a pain in the ass to clean them. oh, they're quite expensive, too.
