Strength:

Comfortable, easy to install and adjust. Removes hand numbness and forearm stress.

Weakness:

Bar end is not necessary for me

I was getting a lot of hand pain and numbness on my prior grips. I decided to give the GP3s a try. They were readily available form my LBS. It was a little awkward at first, but I quickly adjusted. What I found was that the surface area was larger and my weight was distributed more evenly across my hand. I no longer have hand pain or numbness. This also translated into additional power when climbing. I have an XC bike, so spend a lot of time out of the saddle. The grip change also meant I had less fatigue out of the saddle and was able to stay out longer. Overall, the GP3 had a tremendous impact on my rides.
