Hard to stop them moving, crap foam outer rubbber, 2 x piece composition, spongy, look cheap, actually hurt your hands as they are fat.

These grips would not even be good for the excercise bikes at the gym I go to, Don't waste your money, they are lame! But ODI lock-ons for comfort, grippi-ness and overall performance. I wish there were "no flamin' chillis" in the ranking, cause they cannot even be rated!!!!

light, comfy when not using gloves, replacement grips included, i think they look pretty cool.
Weaknesses:
nobody that wrote reviews likes them, they arent the "grippiest" of grips, but that is why we wear gloves

these grips are worth a try if you are looking for light grips that aren't very expensive... even if others tell you other wise... i think that these grips are nicer feeling then any of the other grips i have ridden with.

Inexpensive Second replacement grips included Rarely slipped on bar

These grips kind of suck. I used them for about 6 months with hand numbness, pain, and general discomfort. I swtiched to a different brand of grips and the pain stopped. They look okay, but not great. The foam is kinda crappy...why not use rubber like every other brand on the planet?
For the price, these grips are good. Too bad they don't work well. However, like saddles, grips can be a personal thing, so maybe the $8 will be worth it...but I would say look elsewhere.

These things are ugly and not durable. HOW ABOUT USING SOME REAL RUBBER? They are not made of rubber, as I was lead to believe. The grip is made out of foam - the same kind of foam on those exercise machines you see in gyms

very ugly and not durable - they don't feel that great either. I would definitely buy this if I were you - the pictures make them look like thy're real rubber - they are not

The bottom line is that CRANK BROTHERS makes some awesome pedals, and a nice bicycle pump (both of which I own) - but their grips suck. Do not buy them, you will be upset.

Bottom Line:
Crazy light - under 60g. Super comfortable, easier to mount than the drunk redhead at the end of the bar (that means you, Emily). They're from Crank Bros., so if you somehow have a customer service issue regarding grips, you're taken care of. If you try to warranty grips, though, you should just go rollerblading. They come with replacement covers - these grips are two pieces - so when the grip should have worn out, bang, they're fixed already. The best part about these grips is you forget they're there. Not being reminded of your hands is the mark of a great grip, I feel. Make my riding more fun for $6.95? Oh Crank Bros., you're the coolest...
