Strengths: good grips, unique looking end bar, lightWeaknesses: noneBottom Line: Took me along time to buy a bar end, because i cannot really find the grip I am looking for. Finally, after purchasing one, i purchase another one for my chameleon, very happy with this, cannot ride any more without this end bar. It broke, but no problem, send it in, and jim who is very responsive replaced it rightaway, no question ask, excellent service.

Strengths: the amount of thought that went into designing these bar ends shows throughWeaknesses: 60 bucks for bar ends is tough to justify(not just to someone else either :)Bottom Line: woodman components(soon to be reached at woodmancomponents.com, but for now you just have to look around)has done an excellent job in making their whole product line, and i think that the thermoblasts exemplify this effort. these ends are just comfy to hold, but if you like to mash on them, they grip thanks to their great clamp, and they have this 'no slip' type coating, so you dont loose them when its wet out(or if your sweating like a pig). they are light and good looking, not too long, not too short. everything a bar end should be. honestly, if you feel like spending your money on something other than your bike(like your lady friend or clothes)dont buy these as a set of onza stogies(or even one of the other sets of woodman bar ends)will do nicely, but these are just that much nicer to have and to hold(for ever and ever. . .)
4 for the value 'cause they are just a wee bit pricey, 5 for the overall because they are worth every penny(keep in mind, a ferrari is worth every penny, but most people still couldnt justify spending that kind of money on one)
