Strengths:    Light, price, more hand positions for longer flat rides, clamp design compatible with carbon bars according to Easton. The flat black peen finish dont feel slippery when they get wet and look nice.

Weaknesses:    They get scraped up easy but they are aluminum, though some rough gouges on them can make them less comfortable. If your bike fall over either these or your handle bars may likely get bent, or both, Though this will likely happen with any bar ends.

Bottom Line:
They are a good set of bar ends and for the what they offer in lightness and clamp force they are a great buy for under $20.00. The only problem I've had was my bike fell over in my living room and the bar end bent inward like 3-4mm and my handle bars bent back 3-4mm, threw every thing out of wack when trying to align, bar ends, handle bars, stem. Landing on the top curve of any bar end though probably adds enough leverage to do this. I took of 1 chily on over all rating because they get deep gouges really easily and if it happens in just the right spot they are not as comfortable.

Strengths:    Light weight, multiple hand positions, nice finish, look cool.

Weaknesses:    I found that they sometimes slipped when hammering up a steep climb unless they were so tight that they slightly bent my bar (A Richey Pro-Light), and I only weigh 125 lbs.

Bottom Line:
While the bent bar wasn't the greatest, It was very minor, and didn't really matter. Other than that these bar ends are great. I wouldn't use them on a carbon bar though. Probably not the best for really big riders either. Still, they are cheap and stiff. I'd reccomend 'em.
