$20.00 | | Purchased At: | Performance | | Strengths: | Light, good looking | | Weaknesses: | weak, too small | | Similar Products Used: | Icon, Profile Design, Specialized | | Bike Setup: | Sugar 3+ | | Bottom Line: | This is my follow up review after 6 months and they are toasted during a crash on a sandy trail - both of them cracked! The surface of these barends are pretty hard for good scretch resistance however the strengh is not that tough. Final word: not for MTB use if you anticipate crashes, three or four of them will distroy these barends. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$19.00 | | Purchased At: | Performance | | Strengths: | Great carbon looking, affordable, compact size, pretty durable. | | Weaknesses: | not ergo shape, on the short and thinner side. | | Similar Products Used: | other short and long ones, but this is the shortest I've used. | | Bike Setup: | Sugar 3+ | | Bottom Line: | Very compact size good for minimum weight and limited hand position. Not for bigger hands or longer reach. looks very cool and doesn't get as many scretches from crashes as anodized black barend. Only wish thay can be more ergo shaped. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
