Strengths: * Great Ergonomics
* Don't get too cold during cold weather rides
* Non-pinching clamp design approved by Easton for carbon barWeaknesses: * Overpriced
* Slick grip
* Maybe more delicate than metal ends? (Haven't had a problem, but I'm cautious not to bang them around unnecessarily).Bottom Line: I tend to use my ends a lot, yet I can't justify this expense by claiming I can use them longer, or they help circulation in my hands, or they make me a better rider, or they reduced the weight of my bike — they're just really comfortable to grab ahold of, and they've stood up well under day-to-day use.
