Strengths:    I have tried a few helmets, and helmets are a personal choice, for fit comfortability .
This one was the most comfortable ,easy too put on, adjust ,even while cycling.
Having just crashed at over 30km /18.6 mph, hitting the pavement hard, being able too get up ,with out any serious head trauma ,has made me realize the quality of this product even more.
The helmet has a split/ crack up on one side and head adjuster broke but compared to what may of happened, a worthy investment.
Also finding out the Specialized offers customers a crash replacement policy ,a replacement one at a much better discount then full retail.
Just bring in your crashed helmet
( bring/save your receipt)to your LBS where you bought it.
Now that makes you feel good, and thankful it was my training bike not my S Works..

Weaknesses:    The price for a new helmet some what pricey.
Found the straps too long, had too double fold and tucking them securely in was a minor issue .... as not folding them in ,they would distract you, slap across your face, neck while riding.

Bottom Line:
This is a review for a 2008 Specialied S Works road helmet. Large size

Strengths:    fits great, soft straps, lightweight, shaved head is well-protected by padding

Weaknesses:    Straps tend to creep loose from ride-to ride, but easy to cinch up before taking off and on the bike.

Bottom Line:
As good as it gets: cool, lightweight, straps are soooo soft and unabrasive. Stopped at country store on a long ride, started back on bike and half mile later I thought I'd left the helmet--nope, just that comfortable!

Strengths:    Very light weight
Very good Air flow
Comfy

Weaknesses:    Price

Bottom Line:
This helmet rocks, the fit is great, feels very good on the head. My older helmets feel awkward on my head compare to this. The main reason I bought this helemt was becasue it has the vent that goes horizantally across the front, which no other brand helmets have(Mega Mouthport appearently). It provides very good cooling. The straps are a soft nylon. I also love the color scheme I have the black, blue white and carbon. For 240$ it better be a damn good helmet.(paid 105)

Strengths:    Light weight.
Ventilation.
Adjustment
Looks.

Weaknesses:    Not as aero as some.

Bottom Line:
This helmet looks alot different to others which is not a bad thing! It is very light and well ventilated; both noticably so compared to my previous Met Stradivarius 2. Adjustment is very easy and the straps feel good. I think every aspect of this helmet has been well thought out. The only down-side is it is not as aero as some.
