Strengths:    Super Powerful, 1 finger braking for ALL conditions, easy to install, reasonably light, look cool

Weaknesses:    very expensive

Bottom Line:
Bottom line is, I think they are the best upgrade for your disc brakes. They work. They've held up to what ever I've put them through. They don't seem to wear the pads down to quickly, and I use them alot. They work in all conditions especially mud which we have a lot of. They also look pretty cool.
