Strengths: Quietest rotor stays cool with no fade. Wow.
Weaknesses: damn thangs went loose in 2300 miles on XT. In the life of two pairs of brake pads (including originals) the pins connecting aluminum spiders to metal rotor became loose and made a horrific rattling sound unless brake was on.
Bottom Line:
Suppose there isn't anything better but hoping for better durability on the next set
