Strengths: Weight, looks and temperature control (when it works)
Weaknesses: Easily burned!
Bottom Line:
Used this rotor in 203 mm with a Avid BB7
Breaking power was great and temperature control does really work (it was always much cooler than my spider-less back-rotor, while I use the front break much more than the rear one) ...
But will quickly burn in semi-severe conditions (asphalt 23% downhill for 500 m), my diagnosis is the inter-metal heat interface between rotor and spider stops working properly after a certain temperature is reached.
