Strengths:    Stops the bike without vibration or noise

Weaknesses:    Gets bloody hot, burned my finger

Bottom Line:   
I bought this to remedy the godawful shudder of my Elixir 5 rear brake. Worked like a charm. I don't know how this thing would work in a mountain situation with its poor heat dissipation, but it is just fine for Nebraska singletrack.
