Strengths:    Work well cold and hot. No noticable drop off in performance when used constantly down hill. Last longer than the Avids and dont fall apart when nearly worn out.
Cant beat the price!

Weaknesses:    My rear brakes squeel and vibrate after a couple of long rides but all I need to do is clean the surface of the pad and disc and problem solved.

Bottom Line:
The genuine pads were fine but they wore out quickly and would start to fall apart with a third of the pad remaining. The Aligators last longer!
Please note the noise and vibration did not occur with the smaller (160mm) disc on the rear.
