Date Reviewed: August 4, 2003
Favorite Trail:South Surrey Atheletic Park
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Purchased At:(came with bike)
Strengths:smooth
Weaknesses:it's plastic
it doesn't feel like a solid lever
Similar Products Used:Shimano Non- Series, Tektro Sensir, STX, Hayes mechanicl, Avid SD 7, Shimano Deore and Deore XT
Bike Setup:Bronco Warrior MT 3.1(broncobike.com), SID Race, X.9 drivetrain, WTB Rocket V, Truvativ Firex SL ISIS, Tektro brakes, Novatec Cartridge laced to WTB SpeedMaster
Bottom Line:I didin't really like these as they came with the bike. The modulation is not so good because it's plastic. The lever shape in good though. It doesn't give you the solidness of a alloy lever or a steel lever.

Buy it if you like plastic stuff and you don't care abput the soildness

PS Sram, please, please, please, stop making everything out of what is so called "Grilon compostie". It may not break but it doensn't feel safe. You still canm kick Sh.....'s a.. if you make it out of alloy.
