Strengths: These brakes have amazing power and modularity! I have them on my AM and SS 29er with 180 and 160 rear discs. They have really helped my confidence in technical decents whereas my pile of Avid brakes generally left me disappointed on one level or another. Well worth the investment!
Weaknesses: I'm hoping they have a longer lever available, because these don't work with My XO gripshift and middle finger braking technique. The price of the pads are pretty insane although I haven't needed to replace them yet. Initially the brakes were a bit snatchy, it took me a bit to get used to their engagement point otherwise could easily throw me OTB
Bottom Line:
these brakes are probably the best performing part on either of my money hosed rides, very impressed!
