Strengths: Everything. Solid build with well spec'd components. The forks are supple and reasonably free of flex for the riding I do. The brakes are good - a bleed and top is needed is needed but they don't squeal at all and have a great feel. Drivetrain is bang on. I know many people have a SRAM/Shimano preference but it works every time so no complaints here at all. Even the tyres are bang on despite living in a area predominantly pea gravel and sand.
I know some people also have a preference with regard rear shocks but so far the X-Fusion shock works really well.Weaknesses: The color - Lavender. Only because am a guy. Plannning to respray in the near future.Bottom Line: This is a well sorted and appropriately spec'd bike with heaps of room to lighten through component upgrade if you're a weight weenie. The handling is predictable and the geometry extremely comfy. But why is a guy writing this though? Bought for missus ( now ex ) who didn't want so when split decided not to waste a good investment. Sizing suited me bang on too whereas the mens sizing was either a little too small or big.
Despite being a womens model would happily recommend the bike or the relevant mens version. I use a alot of Specialiszed gear ( shoes, gloves etc ) and for me this bike really comfirms the quality of the brand.
Favorite Trail: Mt Leonnard

Similar Products Used: Giant NRS1 frame with YETI ARC components ( XTR drivetrain with Manitou Mars fork and Rockshox rear shock ). Giant AC3 2003 model ( stock setup).
Bike Setup: Stock although swapped handle bar for more width and more suitable sweep/rise, seat swapped to Specialized Rival, pedals swapped for Shimano SPD off another bike. Having said that when the ex had the bike she had no complaints at all with the bike in totally stock guise.
