Strengths: Price, Climbing, SprintingWeaknesses: componentsBottom Line: Wasn't sure about suspension bikes but have been very happy with the RM Element. Climbs and sprints like a hardtail but the rear suspension takes the harshness away when bombing down trails or riding a long distance. This bike climbs like no one's buisiness. Also, being an old BMX rider I love to jump and bomb hard, this bike does take it but a bit jumpy when bombing on rough terrain. Only thing, had to do again, I would have bought the frame and built up with components.

Strengths: Price, ManeuverabilityWeaknesses: Shimano shifters - would prefer Gripshift, weak (looking) cockpit - not oversized barsBottom Line: Great bike, very agile for xcountry and good enough for all-mountain. A little short for DH, often feel like going over the bars. Can't beat the price for a solid full suspension bike.
