from colorado springs,co usa Date Reviewed: December 31, 2011 Strengths: Price, climbs like a goat, no walkover, almost no bob, decent weight ( 33lb. on my scale), buttery smooth downhill, seems to enjoy abuse. I weigh 185 and broke it in on a black diamond trail, nothing gave but a couple of teeth on the big ring. My bad, not the sprockets. Weaknesses: Nobody trued or tentioned the wheels at the factory or the sales outlet. Bad on Performance, but the manager gave me such a good deal I forgive them. If you dont build your own wheels have them checked. Bottom Line: Expand full review >>Favorite Trail: rampart resevoir #5 Duration Product Used: 3 months Price Paid: $1200.00 Purchased At: performance Similar Products Used: Diamondback Overdrive 29er (hardtail) Upgraded everything. Bike Setup: stock deore. I am going to ditch the generic fuji hubs and lace some deore 525s into the speeddisc rims, although I have had no problems with the factory hubs.
