Strengths: First of foremost... Solid frame. The bike just never quits as long as you dont. As soon as you chuck the crappy Shimano parts and get the SRAM X9 going you have got a fully equipped all mountain/xc racer. The bike performs just like a cannondale should. Its lightweight for the price and has an amazingly strong fork and head. The one piece tubing makes the stiffness on this bike push you through the turn with little effort.Weaknesses: Small weaknesses but still weaknesses. The wheels are pretty heavy. The handle bar's width is a little short so the steering is really touchy. The seat is a little uncomfortable on long rides. The rear end is a little loose around turns but it kind of helps keep your line.Bottom Line: The bikes performance is amazing. When it comes to Bang for your buck you will get it here. Cannondale really came through with there quality vs money. Love this bike will only buy Cannondale after this experince.
