Strengths:    Frame is stiff, light. Geometry is perfect. Breaks are ok. Really grippy grips :)

Weaknesses:    Fork has to be replaced, but not that bad for beginners. Pedals.

Bottom Line:   
Review for 2013 model. Descent frame for the price, everything else can be replaced as your skills will go on a higher level, but still components are ok for start. Changes you might want to do after some time - fork, cranks, pedals, maybe front and rear derailleur.
