Strengths:    1: Sturdy frame
2: Nice XT/Deore set up for this price range.
3: Confident ride

Weaknesses:    1: Suck stock pedal

Bottom Line:
This is a wonderful model. I got 2008 model which the frame looks more ferocious than 2013/2014. Overall it is a fast and strong MTB. Please replace the stock pedal which is rough and way too small. The strong frame gives lots of confidence to a big guy (i'm 230lbs).

Weaknesses:    None yet.

Bottom Line:
Very good choice frame for intermediate XC level and for that price u're paying, u can never get the kinda technology that are as good as this frame.
