Strengths:    Great frame! I've put it through its paces up and downhill in GA plus some jumping and it does as good as a hardtail can. It a great street bike too. Can't say much about the fork, I replaced it with a RockShox Tora TK pretty soon after buying. But overall the frame is super light and strong.

Weaknesses:    The Hayes MX-4 mech disc brakes work good unless they're wet they squall, they are hard to adjust, and only pinch the rotor from 1 side, kind of pushing it into the other side.

Bottom Line:
Overall the bike is a home run for the price and you can always upgrade things if you have problems with the components.
