Date Reviewed: May 20, 2010

Strengths:    Versital, nice components (SLX,Avid 7), fork remote lockout

Weaknesses:    Matt white looks nice but might be hard to clean (not that I wash that much)

Bottom Line:
After "loosing" my older Top Fuel (long story), I wasn't sure what I wanted to replace it with for my commuter/camping bike. Looked at another MTB,29er, cyclocross bike etc...
This turned out to be a great replacement. This is NOT designed for MTB use, however it rocks for commuting or light trail riding.

1992 Montare

Hey, this might be a long shot, but... I'm helping a guy do a fun single speed project with a Montare frame. It's from the era when Fisher used the 88mm threadless bb shell, pressed in bearings, c-clips, ala Fat Chance and Klein. The spindle is damn long, and that puts a damper on his chosen ...
