Weaknesses: Poor quality, outdated parts. Wears out fast. Customer service.
Bottom Line:
Broke a frame of the 2011 model. Commencal -after 2 months of putting a lot of energy and pressure on them- finally agreed to replace it. (Local bike repair shops claimed the seatpost did not fit into the frame well). Got a new frame. Had to take all extra costs. Unfortuantely they forgot to return the seatpost. Commencal promised to send it 4 weeks ago. I doubt if I will ever receive it. (Commencal has chosen not to answer my emails anymore).
