from Denmark, Randers Date Reviewed: January 21, 2009
Duration Product Used:
Less than 1 month
Strengths:
Cheap high end carbon frame made from uni directional carbon. Light and stiff frame, a bit short geometry (c-c), but perfect for my long legs. Normally I use 19", but having this frame in 21", with a for a race bike short length, I’m now able to set the seat post below MAX – perfect fit and handling.
Weaknesses:
Aluminum dropout not well polished.
Similar Products Used:
Cube, Scott, Nishiki, Gary Fischer, Principia, Kona, Trek, Ghost, GT, Giant. All high end frames.
Bike Setup:
Full XTR 970, Mavic CrossMax SL, WCS carbon, Magura Durin.
Bottom Line:
This frame is built exactly like many other brands carbon frame, and is a perfect clone of the Ghost Lector 09’ frame (even the stickers inside the frame are identical). I have owned other carbon bikes, and this one handles very well, and is a better fit for me (187 cm.) than my 19” Scale 10. I’m testing this bike since I consider offering BeOne bikes from my web shop which only deals with high end bikes. I will rate this bike high, since the frame is cheap and handles so well.
