Bottom Line:
My first half decent mountain bike. Should have been about US$1000, but I got it for $600 in an end of year runout sale. Runs very good, with good gears (XT) and the brakes stop really quick, too good sometimes!!! Great on loose ground with these tyres (which i Nicked off my wife's Trek 4300), keeps up with my mates Avanti and Giant XTC bikes. Will stick with this bike for quite a while, upgrading as and when needed. Great bike for a beginner/intermediate hardtail rider. Cheaper as it is not a mega name bike, but the frame and colours are awesome, and the spec is brilliant for a bike this price
