This review is for my wife's 2013 Comp model. The curved top top provides great standover height for riders with shorter legs. Fork has G2 geometry which allows for quicker steering in a shorter frame with a slacker head tube angle. The fork has a remote lockout which is great for climbing. All the components have held up well after 1.5 years of use. My wife and I love the blue paint job on this model.

Weakness:

Poor front shifting caused by using a SRAM front derailleur with a Shimano Dynasys 2x10 drivetrain. It could not adjusted so that it would shift into the big ring without it sometimes dropping the chain to the outside. After it was replaced with a Dynasys XT derailleur it worked great. Are you listening Specialized? Also, the front coil spring fork is pretty heavy and lacks enough preload adjustment for heavier riders. My wife consistently goes through the whole 80mm of travel with full preload dialed in. The Avid Elixir brakes seem a little spongy and lack a reach adjustment for smaller hands.

Great standover and geometry for shorter riders. A mismatched SRAM front derailleur that can be easily swapped out for a dynasys model. It has a bit of a clunky fork with little preload adjustment but I guess that is to be expected for the price. It's a pretty sweet ride except for the front derailleur issue. Once that was sorted out it was great. Plan on upgrading the fork at some point but make sure it has G2 geometry to keep the handling the same.

Strength:

Very comfortable ride, agile and responsive , handle bars are very good too

Weakness:

Bolts on the rear stuck out too far and brushed against the inside of my legs - had to replace them with flat head ones
