Strengths: Its like a rocket downhill, never felt anything track like this does.Weaknesses: not the best of climbers and does suffer from chain suck and brake jack due to the fact its a single pivot but not anywhere near as bad as the magazines made out when it was releasedBottom Line: Price is frame only and in £
If you want something that will gun the DH in the UK and Europe but can climb back up with some cranking then this is all you need. It has its weakness as mentioned above but nothing comes down the hill like a Patriot (except a 222/223/224 for obvious reasons). feel is planted no matter what you throw it at and it always feels like your never giving it enough beans. The bike for a true DH speed nut or someone that enjoys trails but mainly the downs ;).
Price is a little high for a single pivot frame but your paying for a name and something truely specially in my eyes. This bike is not for everyone i'll admit and if you want something that doesnt have brake jack and that can climb better then look elsewhere.
also be careful putting standard tuned Air cans on this frame as it will completely bugger the feel. If your going to put a can on then get it tuned for this bike first. Preferably mojo or TF

Strengths: Everything. Haven't had to replace a thing.Weaknesses: Although similar to the 2006 Patriot 66, it feels alot shorter. Price is defo a weekness.Bottom Line: Absolutely bombproof. Downhill it is superb, tracking all ruts with no flex. I even entered the 2008 SITS with it whilst running Boxxer Teams up front. An effort to ride up but tearing past the XC guys on the slippy/muddy downhills brought a smile to my face.

Strengths: Light, Strong, Sexy, Versatile, Easy to Maintain, Easy to Clean, No Linkage, No Flex, No quarterly bearing change, Climbs very well when the shock is set up correctly, Genius Cable Routing.Weaknesses: No ISCG TabsBottom Line: This is by far the best bike i've ever tried and after 3 and a half years working in the local bike shop, numerous demo days/alpine adventures and a succession of top end bikes you can be sure that i've tried the rest. I have abused it for a year now and all i've changed is the B/B (XTR being the original). If you set it up correctly it will do anything from xc trails to full on DH. If you disagree, YOU'RE WRONG!!............Seriously.

Strengths: This bike Is the nuts, i have it in the lime green so look like sex on wheels, it handles with everything you throw at it.Weaknesses: The forks have broken twice just doing the smallest of things so i will be up grading that, as far as the frame, there is nothing wrong there. the price could be better but the price for quality.Bottom Line: This bike is very good for all types of riding, its very light and the adjustment on the frame make good for freeriding, xc, downhill and the commute to work. Every person that has riden my bike is very impressed, and would get one if the price was better.
