Strengths:    Overall ride of this bike is strong. Excellent handling charteristics.

Weaknesses:    Wieght and Logevity of the frame. About 2 months after ownership I started having problems with the rear pivot backing out, yes, in the middle of a ride. This caused some scary moments when you are 1.5 hours from home and the bolts are falling out on the trail. Gobs of Lock Tight have helped a little but I have become very proficient at rebuilding the backend every month.

Bottom Line:
Great bike to ride while it works but problems with the rear suspension and unwillingness by the manufacturer to help resolve the issue makes it not worthwhile. For a $2500 bike one would think they would simply replace the frame.

Sorry guys and gals ... hopefully others have had a better experience.

Bottom Line:

SINCE THE MOEMENT I TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX I KNEW IT WAS SWEET BUT UNTIL I
RODE IT THATS WHEN I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED AND THE MORE I RIDE IT THE BETTER
IT GETS. IT SOAKS UP ALL THE LITTLE PAIN IN THE ASS ROOTY ROCKY SECTIONS
AND STILL FLIES UPHILL AND GOING DOWD HAS NEVER BEEN SO MUCH FUN. THIS IS
ONE OF THE BEST F/S CROSS COUNTRY BIKE ON THE MARKET REGARDLESS OF THE PRICE
SO IF YOU CAN FIND ONE WHICH ISNT EASY TO DO CHECK IT OUT!
