Favorite Trail:Bukit Timah, Pulau Ubin
Duration Product Used:6 months
Strengths:Frame Built, Material, Looks, Power
Weaknesses:Rear Suspendsion Design is Designed to fit a FOX 5 only and that is very limited in Year 2000 Because i Burst mine ON a normal road ride home.
Bike Setup:XTR Components, XT Disk, Sachs Cranks, Rhino Lite Rims, Srams 9.0 Hubs Ect
Bottom Line:This bike is damm good, feel like a million buks but the rear design gives it a limited chioce of rear shocks and just burst mine and i got a new one frm the factory but at a cost of $400 Singapore buks (OUCH) but honestly this is an antic its rare and powerful be grateful!!! Favorite Trail:Stillwell Woods
Duration Product Used:2 Years
Strengths:Lite Weight , INTENSE quality construction (paint, gussetting, etc.)
Weaknesses:no replaceable deralleur hanger, They Don't Make It Anymore!
Bike Setup:Bont. Valiant Ceramic rims(Paul's front hub, Chris King rear)Monkey Lite bars,RockShox Carbon LS w/ White Bros. kit, Syncros cranks, Raceface rings, Ti BB,XTR V's and levers
Bottom Line:It's so sad that Intense discontinued this frame. I've heard that they cancelled it because it was too extreme. The Tracer is a trail bike whereas the UZZI XC excels at it all. Too bad I'm not good enough to ride this bike to its full potential. I Love it, even though its obsolete. It weighs 25 lbs. And into its third season it still looks great. Its a bad bike! Get one if you can!

Bottom Line:Wow, I guess I will post a review here-- I had one posted under the Uzzi SL but I'll pop this cherry and put up the first review for the Uzzi XC which I've had since last fall. This is a killer bike! It handles tight singletrack like no other bike I've ridden and it climbs exceptionally well-- mine weighs about 26.5 lbs. I got a deal on the new Magura Louise Disc Brakes and I'm glad I popped the extra dough for them. They make this rig a joy to ride in any type of conditions and really accentuate the handling of the bike. With all that said, this bike really turns heads as well. I didn't buy it becuase it looks cool but its fun to check out the double takes you get while riding it. I let my buddy ride it while I took a spin on his single speed this past weekend and he remarked I was going to take it easy but after 5 minutes in the saddle, I felt so comfortable I had to let it rip! Nuff said-- buy one from Kalo Mountain Bikes and you will like it!
