Strengths:    It has a great paint job and rides like it is on rails through fast turns. and support from the company was great I am so pleased with product that I will continue to use Griffen as my first choice. And I cant foget my 17 bike weighs in at 21.5 pounds with shock. True weight it is LIGHT!

Weaknesses:    None.

Bottom Line:
I love to ride and this is the bike I use on all rides I go on. I have 7 bikes the rest just sit and are used for spare parts.

Strengths:    This bike is the first bike to give me what I always wanted not so stiff that it feels wash board like and not so stiff that it hurts. This bike can climb and climb and climb.

Weaknesses:    This bike is so perfect I cant say anything bad about it, every time I ride I love it even more then the fist time.

Bottom Line:
Any thing less is not worth my time.

Date Reviewed: January 20, 2000

Strengths:    This is the stiffest frame I have ever ridden. The first model ridden had been over-heat-treated and cracked. The latest is great. Its quick to accelerate.

Weaknesses:    Short head tube. Seatpost Diameter(28.6mm)

Bottom Line:
From a small company but a good product.

Date Reviewed: July 24, 1999

Strengths:
Stiffness

Weaknesses:
Weak Derailleur Hanger, warranty isn't lifetime.

Bottom Line:
I gotta say, I'm unhappy with this product. I've broken the derailleur hanger so many times because it's so weak. And they're charging for replacements. I have cracked the frame in different places. They don't even have a lifetime warranty. It's no wonder they stopped making mountain frames. I wouldn't even touch their road bikes.
