Strengths:    Frame quality & adjusability, superior components (competition proven), unbelievable ground clearence, very unique bike frame that works.. hate to say this, but is probably better than many others in its price range.

Weaknesses:    Price! although justifiable given its ability and quality. Rear end can squirel a bit, but thats probably down to rear shock setup and very soft ruber compound tires & huge tyre size, having said that it can help to better compensate for speed over terain with at times having the extra flexing feel of the rear squireling factor.

Bottom Line:
Suprisingly impressive bike and better punishment/abuse handling capability than I initially thought. First thoughts were off-putting because of the Muddy Fox name not usually specializing in this area and some people where put off by the colour with no other colour options.. but what a suprising bike this is! I'm sorry to hear that the above person had a problem with his, must have been a defective one. This bike should be very sought after.

Strengths:    FRAME: Fantastic geometry. Adjustability is great! Rear and Front end feel perfectly balanced with 888 RC2X's up front. 11" travel up back end, AMAZING, everything absorbed, use a slightly harder spring than your weight needs and you got urself about 9" off standard travel and 2" extra for the ultra hard smacks. MENTAL! Extremely stiff frame, re-enforced everywhere! Can't really comment on component selection as it was a custom build.

Weaknesses:    NONE, although, slightly limited selection of bottom brackets due to the massive 100mm shell size/66mm chainline measurements.

Bottom Line:

Strengths:    forks, cranks, brakes and most of the components

Weaknesses:    frame, i broke the frame on a 25foot drop, aviod this bike, i weigh 148pounds and the frame craked on the down tube.

Bottom Line:
aviod this cheaply made high priced bike, get a decent bike.
