Strength:

It has a limited amount of swag and the suspension absorbs the trail like no other. It also handles very quik and is easy to jump and manuver aroung rocks and obstakles. this bike is also kapable of manualling and ridin wheelies with ease.

Weakness:

It is a little heavy but still sick.

This is a fantasatic bike and is perfect for downhill and freeride trails. It handles like a champion especialy if it is setup to the riders liking!

Mint bike, the DW link soaks up all the bumps. The boxxers are mint plush forks that take the hits well. Pedals pretty mint well aswel. The direct mount stem is mint aswel so your bars dont turn when you crash.

Weakness:

The 5th elements not that great but it does the job.

Sweet racing bike, quite light, The DT swiss wheels are quite soft on the rim walls so it you hit them pretty hard the get some dints. The boxxers are mean forks. e-thirteen hasnt dropped a chain yet. If your cool you should buy one.

Rear shock?

This was a clearance bike at the local Performance Bike shop. Original price $3,999.00. I paid $2,100.00. Maiden voyage was to south mountain, and it rode like a dream. Next month after the trip to Sunrise I will update this review. Solid bike, especially for the price. They have one left in stock!

I bought the 19" (large) and I'm 230 pounds. Very smooth ride. I've read some bad reviews on the 5th element shock, but I think it's a decent rear shock. I'll upgrade to a Fox possibly in the future.

Solid on the downhills, and great for launching of ledges. Hayes Mag hydraulics worked great and smooth. Boxxer soaked everything up and did not use all 8" of travel.

DW-Link suspension, overall build, weight. I absolutely love this bike. it is by far the fastest bike that i've ever ridden. the suspension lets you pedal through the nastiest terrain like it's a paved road. the bike just plain pedals well. the low bottom bracket height really makes the bike corner well. it rails the corners.

Weakness:

the paint chips too easily. i also do not like the boxxer fork and the fifth element's rebound is stil too slow. Otherwise, it's a great bike.

I absolutely love this bike. it has some of the best suspension that the bike industry has ever seen. it is a perfect race bike: long and low. the geometry is spot on. the bike feels perfect and the suspension excells in every environment. great bike and i'd highly recommend it to any one looking for a race bike.

Fast/race bike
Looks
Flows
Stays in control/very stable at speeds/stiff.
solid build kit
e-13 guide
pedals
corners--wheelbase
geometry
quiet/no rattles/clickety clicks
relatively light for DH
stealth battleship gray
awesome in the air

Weakness:

weak paint chips
progressive 5th element shock issues needing to be tuned(not entirely iron horse related)
recalls on shock mounts--non hardened steel bends.
removing cranks/to access adjustements on shock reservoir

This is a great bike, all the bugs are worked out(suspension tuning and shock mounts. I havnt had any bushing problems,

Its such a clean, simple looking bike that recieves lots of attention. Take the time and set the rear shock up properly and the suspension will respond favorably.

A quiet bike is a plus, this one never rattles.

1.5" Headtube is stiff and strong.
