Strengths: The frame is solid, really solid, the tubes are tapered square and the welds look great. I only own another bike, Gary Fisher Tassajara, and this Dj200 is my "fun" bike. It can take alot of abuse and still remains stiff and solid. I might build around this frame for a long time to come.
Weaknesses: The frame seems to only support tires up to 2.35" in diameter, kind of a shame I would love to put a 2.5 or 2.7 on it lol. Rear disc brake might not be able to accommodate 203mm rotors.
Bottom Line:
Great cheap bike, rock solid, can take years and years of abuse. Keep the frame and upgrade other junks. Really like the frame, especially the paint job, great for such a valued bike.
Bike Setup: Single speed, BB7 + Hayes MX2, Truvativ Hussefelt, Sun Rhyno Lite, DM 30 for front, and Shimano 475 hub.

Strengths: 2009 dj200 is a great jumper. light for what it is. nice components. rides smooth and glides through jumps.
Weaknesses: made in china, brake cable stripped out the first time i rode the bike. frame seems kinda weak and not well put together. paint has fisheyes all over it.
Bottom Line:
I am getting older(22) and didnt want to look like an idiot still riding a bmx bike lol. this is something I should have bought years ago as it jumps and rides so much better then any bmx bike I have owned. the build of then frame seems as if it was just thrown together and that care was not takin building it, rides great however. I would deffinatly recommend it though as it seems to be a great bike so far. the rear brake line stripped out the first time i rode it but my LBS replaced it for free. if it wasnt for these minor issues id rate it 5 chiles on both

Strengths: The bike has great geo, great crankset, tough bike in all for the money. This bike is a great starter bike for someone looking to ride street or dj.
Weaknesses: very thin bash ring, fork is not the best but it works, should come with a spider and four leg chainwheel instead of bmx style chainwheel.
Bottom Line:
this bike is an all around great bike for anyone. for the price you really cannot beat it either. i've abused my bike in the time that ive had it and it keeps on giving.
this is a great bike for begginers, but once you start getting decent, might need to upgrade to a better bike or upgrade the bike itself or you will regret it. i went through 3 derialers on this bike, and completely torn off the derailer hanger the last time i got a derialer destroyed on this frame. i never thought i would of been able to ide this bike again, fortunaly i made it a single speed bike, and it works great for street and dj.

Strengths: Great construction of frame, nice welds. Stock components are nice and work well.
Weaknesses: Rear triangle of fram not meant for spinning lip tricks in park; I bent the frame doing 540 tailtaps and 360 bunnyhops.
Bottom Line:
This bike feels just like a BMX bike when the seat is dropped all the way and feels wonderful at the park. I've been jumping and riding street for over 15 years and this is the first "big" bike I've been able to ride just like my old Solid Duke. I would prefer slotted dropouts and a stronger rear-end, perhaps a wishbone construction with larger tubing. I can't complain too much, I got the bike from a shop that was closing and only paid $500! Overall, this bike has held up to some serious abuse and is still working great.
Similar Products Used: Rode freestyle BMX for over a decade and made transition to bigger bikes as needs evolved.
Bike Setup: Changed front chainring to a MOSH 36-tooth integrated bashguard that needed some minor machine work (chainring meant for 1/8" chains, machined teeth to fit 3/32"). Had to replace rear derailleur due to getting unit caught in spokes and disintegrating, drivetrain has not run well since.

Strengths: Strong but small frame that easily feels like a bmx frame. Front fork has good travel. Brakes work fairly well. Handlebars and stem are nice and beafy.
Weaknesses: Im a heavy rider 6'1" 240 lbs so the fork bobs alot which probably is my fault not its. Seat could be better.
Bottom Line:
Love the bike. Its a fun street/trail jumping bike. With the price you can pick up an 05 model (chromo frame) for now you are getting alot for your money.

Strengths: Everything !@ this bike is sik , the forks awsome , and the crank kiks. The tires are amazing , already set up for street and dj . The seats prety good . The breaks are crazy and they look sik especially with the 8 inch wavy rotor. The frame is super strong , beefy , and really good welds. The derailleurs are amazing , but like any derailleur will eventually break. ( this review is for 2006 version )
Weaknesses: None !!!!
Bottom Line:
The bottom line is this bike ir bomb proof , and i am deffinetly getiing one , especialy for 777 $ (30 % off ! )Once i get it and ride it , ill see how it does , but after testing it , i would recomend it to anyone looking for a good frame dj , with awsome compenets for the price.

Strengths: Awesome suspension, small frame so its easy to manuveur on the bike, feels almost like a trials bike. Very very nice! If you like doing wheelies and manuals this is for you and if you love drop offs and dirt jumping then youve got it made! You will love this bike!
Strengths: Extremely solid frame! Great welds, nice head tube gusset. I like it better than the new 06 because of the fork and the skinny tube design that only comes on the dj200. Cheap.
Weaknesses: Power tool hubs suck, but mine are still going strong. But that is a very minor thing.
Bottom Line:
Excellent bike if you can get it under 700 bones. Don't hesitate on this bike BUY ONE!!!!

Strengths: Very Rigid Frame , awsome pain colour ,. makes the bike look even better when u stand right next to it , btw the picture u see tells nothing ,the bike looks thin on the picture, but really its like woah sick :D anyways front fork and rim, bulletproof, hasn't popped yet or bent. handle bars are sweet for street and the seat is a bonus
Weaknesses: the only minor modification i'm going to put is i'm going to get a better chainguard, bak tire rim should be changed because the tubes are expensive to find , u know the needle ones and the derailer is sick ........so dont break it like i did, slammed it into a pole doing a tailwhip
Bottom Line:
Bottom liner , overwhelming solid frame, looks like a norco but its better ,.. when u fully put down the seat, it looks like ur ridiing a choppy :P overall just buy it , dont worry khs will never ripp u off ":D build to last :D
