Strengths: Price, durability and enjoyabilityWeaknesses: the shocks are a little squishy for the 250lbs rider, no lock out option on the shocks.Bottom Line: I love this bike, its made me want to be on the mountain or trails all day everyday.
Its tough, its durable. The components overall are entry level but the breaks have tons of bite and the drive drain is pretty good. The shocks where the only major weakness for me, but i am a big guy at 250lbs And i really wish they had a shock with a lock out option.
If your thinking about getting into mountain biking, or picking it up again and dont want to spend big dollars i would recommend the revel 1 or revel 0.
