Strengths: Program 7000 aluminum is great! Very light and responsive. The Shimano Deore LX components are very durable and work perfectly in any condition. This bike has been through hell and back and still keeps going.Weaknesses: No suspension. Rigid forks are very hard on the body. But a simple upgrade should take care of that.Bottom Line: This is great bike! I've put it through hell and it still has some life left. I'd like to buy the newest model with full suspension. But I think they (Alpinestars) stopped making mountian bikes. But I will not give up looking. They could only improve on the model I have now. Can you imagine?.....Full XTR components on a top-of-the-line full suspension rig that I'm familiar with!!!! It just can't get any better than that.
