Strengths:    Good solid cr-mo frame and responsive handling

Weaknesses:    3rd rate wheels, ancient rear derailleur ( sis 7 type ), front derailleur ok but not great.

Bottom Line:   
Good starting bike that you can build on as parts wear out.
