Strengths: Good bike good components brake are good and other stuff like shifters but if you are hard-core like me it's kinda sucksWeaknesses: Bad bike not realyBottom Line: This is a great bike for the money I got a deal on mine it has lots of stuff and components

Strengths: Seems to be a good setup for the money (v-brakes, indexed shifting) as compared what you could by with $300 CDN just a few years back.Weaknesses: For light offroad riding this bike is what you should expect for $300.Bottom Line: Now if you are going to use this bike for what it was meant for - a very recreational rider, occasional commuter or for light offroad use this bike seems to be very good. Years back I purchased a Raleigh for slightly cheaper and I found after a few months of use how crappy the bike really was with terrible brakes, shifting, paint etc. I tested this bike after my girlfriend and I decided to trade bikes (her Norco for my Rocky) for a short trail ride. I was impressed what you can get with the money now as compared to a few years ago. My girlfriend has had no complaints after 6 months of use.
This is a $300 bike so if you plan any serious use better get a much more serious bike but if you use a bike once in awhile and don't plan on tackling anything more serious than converted cross country ski trails then it is a good buy.
