Strengths: Style, stability, chicks dig it...
Weaknesses: Somewhat weighty, 7 speed Shimano drive(?), cheap front-end,Bottom Line: I had wanted a bike like this ever since I was 9 and the "Big Kids" of the 'hood would have my dad, (Tom Cuthbertson, author of "Anybody's Bike Book") fix up their beach cruisers for bombing trails when there wasn't any waves. Only better.
I weigh 180 and ride hard, therefore the shock doesn't hold up too well for me, the stock wheels and tires had to go, and, true, it weighs some, (around 25 lbs) but wuddaya want for $550? Well, if you want a super-curvy, '50's hot rod lookin' yet fairly functional, really fun to ride fast downhill hardtail, then look for a USED Bomber 21, 'cause they don't make 'em anymore, (sigh...)!
