Strengths: Super light. Accelerates like a rocket. Climbs like a monkey. Customer service.Weaknesses: None attributable to the bike. I did switch the seatpost from the Easton C2 carbon to a Cane Creek Thudbuster because my back and butt took such a beating. I'm worried about the Hugi hubs based on their reviews, but I haven't had any problems.Bottom Line: I'm very small and light. I appreciate the small frame sizes Titus makes. I wanted a light bike for racing and almost all of the sport and expert riders race hardtails around here. This bike delivers. I've climbed hills I couldn't on my Marin Mt. Vision and can go farther faster. It's a great value for a high end bike. The customer service was simple, no hassle when I wanted to switch stems. Thanks Titus.

Strengths: Good craftsmanship and a great price for titanium. Titus
makes bikes a whole lot cheaper than Litespeed and I like
my HCR just as much. I put a bunch of money into XTR
components and think that XT would be a better and less
expensive choice and then I could have put that money into
a better front shock, seat, tires, etc. A great frame
overall.Weaknesses: The bike has been a great performer, but I have taken a couple of falls crossing big streams and the frame fills up with water and ruins the bottom bracket. Decals are cheap and come off easily.Bottom Line: Titus makes great Ti frames at an affordable price. The ride is forgiving but very responsive. They seems to be known for full downhill bikes and best known for their full-suspension, but the hard tail is a great bike.
