Strengths: Its really light, yet strong, able to handle really hard riding, great for urban riding, gears shift with no problem, no wrench is required to take the wheels offWeaknesses: If left sitting in storage for the winter it will need a little bit of tuningBottom Line: this is a great bike, very light and strong, able to hold up to a lot of abuse (which i tend to really abuse my bike and use them in ways theyre not intended to be used) gears shift with no problems, good breaking, and rides pretty smooth on rough ground

Strengths: Brakes, Frame, Rims and basic construction are top notch.Weaknesses: Factory spring is a little soft.Bottom Line: Great balance and steering. Brakes super. It was a toss up between the Giant iguana and the mesa. But the mesa was on sale and got a sweet deal. Overall a great bike. I use it to commute M-F and Singletrack the weekends. I would recomend the giant to a first time rider and don't want to spend the $750 for the mesa at full price, but if you are into riding this is the bike to have.

Strengths: Frame Geometry - small and light, Deore group set with LX jockey, Richey weel set and headset.Weaknesses: None so far. There are mixed reviews on the shock, but been fine so far.Bottom Line: Great frame geometry, slanted top tube. Tight and strong. Be careful, frames are really small. Feels like it has a lower centre to gravity. Great to use on trail and xc rides. Got a real sporty look and there's no real need to upgrade. GREAT BIKE!
