Strengths:    1. The LOOKS
2. The Design
3. The LOOKS

Weaknesses:    I have one of the first versions of this bike, and they equipped mine with a HORRIBLE "U-Brake" that actually sits under the frame by the BB. I must admit it looks pretty cool, but the STOPPING POWER SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS. It's absolutely horrible. The brake options are ZERO...you cannot fit V-brakes or even canti's under there. I was going to try and retrofit Magura's under there but the bike shop mechanic said it wouldn't work.
-sorry for the rambling...weakness: REAR BRAKE
-ALSO: If you are looking for typical < 3lb Ti, Look elsewhere. All that tubing equals a pretty average weight.
-VERY EXPENSIVE.

Bottom Line:
The looks and design of this bike are absolutely stunning. It's a super-RARE, difficult bike to find, and will no doubt be a collector's item one day. Every piece of tubing is "kinked" or curved in some way, which is not easy to do with Titanium. This bike just stands out from the crowd...even though mine is just pretty much black and Ti (grey) it just looks stunning.

Bike Setup:   XTR everything (except that weak rear U-Brake) Mavic 517 ceramics w/Chris King Hubs (LOUD AND LOVE EM) Avocet Semi-slick cruiser tires (probably my most noticible recent upgrade) Rock-Shok SID XC (I actually hate this fork) But it's black, it matches well and it came on the bike.
