Strengths: Responsive handling
Strong frame
Affordable priceWeaknesses: Jett forks bottom out harshly and suddenlyBottom Line: I love this bike! It's just flat out fun to ride, and it's good handling has saved me from eating bark several times. This is a good choice for someone who wants a bike for having fun on twisty singletrack, but isn't ready to spend thousands of dollars. Although I am not happy with the forks I still feel the bike is a good value. If it had better forks I would not have been able to afford the bike. The plan is to improve your skills while killing off the soft forks, and then buy some better forks.

Strengths: Strong solid cromoly frame. Excellent handling.Weaknesses: Front forks to soft, bottoms out alot.Bottom Line: This is a good bike. I like the Cro-Moly frame. I am a heavier rider and I prefer steel for its duability. I don't mind upgrading as long as I get a good frame to last me several years. I would have gotten better components but Kona doesn't offer CroMo frames with higher end components on it.
