Strengths: Strong frame, components are ok, reliable, good all around bike.Weaknesses: A bit heavy but who complains? Most people who ride these bikes are Downhillers. Why would a down hiller want light bikes? Duh
But i ride xc. I gave it a lot of miles and it stood up i eventually replaced almost everything. Good bike.Bottom Line: It was a good bike but I grow out of it. 17" frame. It was my first real mountain bike and I did a lot of riding on it. Road, X-C, and a bit of freeride. grew out of freeride and did more xc. I did some upgrading when stuff wore out and it was a really good XC machine. About a week before i wrote this review i gave it to my bro and i got me self a new bike. The thing i like about it was there was only 2 others in victoria. Peace,
Lee T.

Strengths: Super Stiff frame, solid wheelsWeaknesses: Forks, triple chainset, brakes, hubs, Z3 forksBottom Line: This bike kicks ass. I love to ride urban stuff and it is rock solid for throwing around and off concrete. The original forks sucked, they were re-badged '97 Z1 lowers so they are gone. It only needs one ring at the front, 27 gears is fricking overkill for this bike, Avid brakes were okay but Hopes make all the difference. Balance is spot on for hitting corners hard and fast, let the sparks fly!!!!
01 and 02 models seem a bit pricey now but hey, I'd still recommend them.

Strengths: Beefy Frame! Z3 LT are plush fork. Rhyno Lite rims are good. I like the arch rival 40 brakes. I love the nice long
handle bars.Weaknesses: A little heavy. cranks are cheap. the stem is WAY too
long. LX dereillers are alright. I've had some problems with them.Bottom Line: It's a sweet ride!
Duration Product Used: 3 months
Bike Setup: I traded the long stem in for a shorter one, same kona model.
