Strengths: Ultra Light- My bike weights 22.5lbs. with fenders. The frame looks good, internal cable routing is a plus. This bike climbs like a beast!Weaknesses: A little sketchy on really steep downhills. The frame is really rigid, so it beats up up a little. Don't get me wrong, it is fast! For some reason it hurts my back a little on long climbs.Bottom Line: This bike rocks, pick one up if you can. These bikes are very versitle and very fast! Full suspension is overrated. I have another Klein Pulse II if anyone is interested. My friend doesn't ride anymore, and asked me to sell it. The bike is just as sick as mine, e-mail me if you are interested. vailje@engr.orst.edu

Strengths: best bike in the whole wide worldWeaknesses: noneBottom Line: would be a neat bike except when Trek aquired Klein in 1998 they discontinued the Pulse series b/c it was in competition with their 1000 series. The Pulse was a great frame in 98 and the Trek 1000 series is at a lower level.
